Preserving the Bay and the Waterman's Way

The environment is our livelihood, and we are TRUE environmentalists.

Ways we protect the Bay: (1) provide an accurate, eye-witness account of changes in our natural resources, (2) use sustainable harvest methods in harmony with nature, (3) sharing our first-hand knowledge with legislators and non-profit organizations to prevent laws or regulations that harm the Bay and waste taxpayer money.

We invite all citizens who are interested to join us in preserving the Chesapeake Bay, and all its natural resources. The Talbot County Watermen’s Association believes that with your support, as well as the cooperation of the DNR, and our local legislators, we can work together to revitalize the Chesapeake Bay.
